The Camper’s take
Updated June 2026
Small riverside car park with direct water access for small camper vans. Pleasant setting with views of Tancarville bridge and opposite port. Theoretically quiet, but has become a problematic cruising spot attracting suspicious male clientele. Poor hygiene conditions with litter. Best avoided except for daytime dining.
Highlights
- Nice view over the Seine River and the Tancarville Bridge
- Direct water access possible for small campervans
- Peaceful outside peak visiting hours
Good to know
- Cruising spot for lone men (recurring suspicious activity)
- Cleanliness is severely lacking with piles of waste
- Lighting/atmosphere unsettling at dusk and night
Motorhome access : Accessible; two water access points, but limited maneuvering in a dead-end.
Best for
couples
