Good for service needs but tricky access and parking when events or football matches occur. Electricity via push-button (2–3 min). Quiet location appreciated for service availability in the region.

Motorhome access : Access tricky for large motorhomes (>7.5m): narrow maneuvering and difficult U-turns, especially if parking is full (matches, events). Feasible for mid-sized campervans under normal conditions.
