Easy access to town center: 30 min walk via riverside path, 10-15 min by bike on cycle path, or bus line 11 at 100 m (10 min to center). Flat terrain with ample space for all sizes. Nearby Leclerc supermarket. Avoid match days. No facilities. Quiet atmosphere outside events.
