Free parking at 1840m near Gavarnie-Gèdre ski station. Large, mostly flat area with stunning Pyrenees views. Very quiet in low season, busier in summer. Ski station toilets available (variable opening). No permanent services. Good road access. Warning: strict no-parking signs at the pass; police patrol regularly. Expect wind.
