Small flat hilltop in a hairpin bend with spectacular sea and Cap Martin views. Roquebrune village within 15-minute walk. Very quiet overnight with minimal traffic. Narrow terrain, room for one vehicle only. No facilities. Limited to small vans and small campervans. Early morning traffic increases around 7 AM.
