Comfortable access from the north with views over Saint-Maixent-l'École. Spacious, flat parking. Exit is very narrow and steep, requiring care for larger vehicles. Tranquility varies: quiet on weekdays but frequent nighttime disturbances at weekends (youth groups, car racing).
