Lakeside parking at Joux Plane lake with exceptional Mont-Blanc views. Flat gravel surface, very peaceful at night despite some daytime traffic. Multiple hiking trailheads nearby. Mountain restaurant 100 m away. No facilities on-site. Pristine atmosphere outside peak season. Crowded in summer.
