The Camper’s take

Updated June 2026

Small shaded parking field under pine trees, 50-100 m from a popular surf beach. Spacious grassy area with direct beach access. Width-restricted entrance (2.2 m). Calm at night, busy during day. No facilities (no bins, toilets, water). Regular police patrols: 24-hour parking tolerated but wild camping forbidden. Popular with surfers and kitesurfers.

Highlights

  • Just a few minutes from the beach
  • Shade under the pines
  • Quiet at night, friendly atmosphere
  • Popular spot with surfers

Good to know

  • Width limited to 2.2 m at entrance (small campervans only)
  • No facilities (bins, toilets, water)
  • Wild camping is banned with regular patrols by authorities
  • Difficult access after rain (muddy terrain, cracks).

Motorhome access : Dirt/grass access with roots. Narrow, non-straight entry (max 2.2 m wide). Tricky maneuvering for long vans. Terrain can become very wet and impassable after heavy rain.
