Free seafront parking with stunning views over Sète, within walking distance of town centre (5-15 min). Main entrance limited to 2.20 m height, but 2-3 unrestricted spaces at entry. Highly variable atmosphere: can be tranquil or disrupted by road noise and late-night groups with loud music. Best out of season and weekdays. CCTV on site. Multiple seasonal access restrictions, especially in June.
