Beautiful vineyard spot overlooking Bouzy wine region and village, set at the edge of a forest. Very peaceful and quiet setting. Access is challenging: rutted, muddy track with deep holes. Not recommended for large campervans or rainy conditions. Once settled, offers magical tranquility and solitude.

Motorhome access : Very difficult. Poor-condition track with numerous ruts and potholes. Risky in rainy, muddy conditions. Avoid for campervans over 6.5 m. Possible with small vehicles in dry weather.
