Small secluded space at the end of a road, right by the water, perfect for 1 to 2 vans. Preserved natural setting with views over the shoreline and maritime alder. Discreet access, absolute quiet except for natural sounds (seagulls, gentle waves). Vegetal and muddy ground, to be checked according to tide coefficients to avoid flooding. No services on site.
