Remote mountain spot, accessible only by 4x4 or high-clearance van after 1.5 km of rough, rocky track. Basic pitches on either side of a river, bordering hiking trails leading to the Petit Saint-Bernard pass. Wild and quiet setting with open views and marmots. Atmosphere preserved but weather-sensitive (wind, fog, evening mosquitoes).
