Small parking spot at the trailhead with picnic table, very quiet and shaded. Generally level terrain but can be muddy in rain. Easy access, near A75 (3.5 km). Bird songs and starry skies appreciated. No services. Very light traffic, especially weekends. Ideal for short stops or peaceful nights in a van.
