The Camper’s take
Updated June 2026
High-altitude parking spot with exceptional panoramic views over Bresse and Revermont valleys. Large, minimally developed grassy lot accessible via Ceyzeriat. Stone barbecues available (some may be closed off). Very busy on weekends and peak season, quiet on weekdays. Narrow, winding access road challenging for large motorhomes. Bins near church. Atmosphere highly variable depending on the day.
Highlights
- Spectacular 360° panoramic view
- Very spacious, many secluded pitches
- Guaranteed quiet on weekdays with possible quiet nights
- Recommended via Ceyzeriat
Good to know
- Very overcrowded on weekends and school holidays (noise, music, young crowd)
- Very narrow access road, impossible to maneuver in places, not recommended for large motorhomes.
- Degradations and incivilities (broken glass, cigarette butts, litter left behind)
- Unpredictable atmosphere depending on day/time
Motorhome access : Very winding and narrow access road (villages, impossible to cross in places). Not recommended for large motorhomes (>7m very tricky). Slightly sloped parking, flatter pitches available away from the center.
