Free dirt parking at 1,140m altitude on the Sancy plateau with spacious grassy area, shade trees, picnic tables and bins. Access via narrow, winding mountain road unsuitable for large RVs. Stunning volcanic views and easy 1.9km hiking trail to Roche Nité. Very quiet and peaceful spot, lightly frequented, perfect for nature lovers.
