Quiet forest spot overlooking Lake Annecy, set at the end of a small road. Uneven terrain but rewarding views, especially at sunrise/sunset. Small capacity (1-2 vehicles), best suited for compact vans up to 6m. Morning hiker traffic is light. Road noise from motorcycles noted. Water runoff in heavy rain. Scenic and peaceful for those seeking nature.
