The Camper’s take
Updated June 2026
Large free parking in town center, rarely full with ample spaces for campervans. Good access to shops and amenities nearby. Asphalt surface with slight slope. Closed Thursdays 5am-3pm for market. Electricity available but often restricted to merchants (not reliably for campers). Overnight parking permitted, quiet atmosphere. North entrance (Sainte-Annette path) recommended for taller vehicles.
Highlights
- Very spacious and free
- Quiet at night despite central location
- Immediate proximity to the town center and shops
Good to know
- Electricity access not guaranteed for motorhomes (often reserved for market stalls)
- South access difficult with steep 10%+ turn
- Toilets sometimes closed
Motorhome access : Slightly sloping paved terrain. North entrance recommended (Chemin Sainte-Annette) but difficult turn and steep slope. South entrance (Avenue Marronniers) easier to enter but exit must be via north side. Maneuvering possible but requires caution and space.
