Small, peaceful forest parking near the Ermitage viewpoint, 5 minutes from Arbois town centre. Picnic tables and multiple hiking trail starts. Very quiet atmosphere with minimal daytime foot traffic (morning walkers). Extremely challenging access: narrow, steep road, impassable when wet. Not recommended for large motorhomes. No facilities (no water, bins, or toilets).
