Small quiet spot at the base of a ski jump with flat terrain and lake views. Access via closed winter slope road, narrow and demanding in condition. No confirmed amenities. Suitable for small vans; challenging for larger motorhomes (>6 m). Potential noise on weekends due to nearby events.
