Small waterside parking areas beside a peaceful pond, surrounded by vineyards and water lilies. Access via practicable gravel track. Swimming possible 3 minutes away. Despite "no wild camping" signs and a prefectural order, the site remains popular. Regular passage of fishermen, climbers and walkers. Intense frog chorus at dusk. Remarkable views, generally quiet outside peak activity hours.
