A le mérite d'être proche du centre ville. Des voitures se mettent sur les quelques places camping-car car elles sont plus ombragées.. Pas très propre, ne donne pas envie d'y dormir.

Free, shaded parking lot in town center, ideal for visiting Thiers' old town and cutlery museums. Direct access to shops and restaurants. Flat, paved surface. Minimal services (bins, nearby bakery). Atmosphere highly variable: generally quiet on weekdays/nights, but noisy during events or youth gatherings. Public toilets have been closed for years.

Motorhome access : Flat and spacious parking. Access via D2089 recommended (upper town). Avoid the small Rue de Châteldon (back of the lot): risk of contact with the road from 7.50 m height, difficult maneuvering. Narrow one-way streets at the bottom, avoid on the way out.
