Small dirt parking lot on mountainside (3-4 spots) with stunning views of Monaco, sea and surroundings. Narrow but passable access for campervans. Quiet road at night, but morning traffic from 7am and occasional evening gatherings. No services. Slightly sloped terrain. 20 minutes from Monaco.
