Updated June 2026
Large parking at Col de Guéry with stunning panoramic views over the valley and lake. Many bitumen spaces but sloped terrain. Dry toilets and bins available. Paid May-September (€4-6/night), free off-season. Busy during daytime (hikers), quiet at night. Limited to ~10 spaces for campervans. No water supply despite claims.
Highlights
- Exceptional panoramic views over the lake and mountains
- Great for varied hikes
- Peaceful nights once the tourists have left
Good to know
- Very steep terrain, difficult parking
- Only 10 pitches reserved for motorhomes
- Water point advertised unavailable, toilets closed in low season
Motorhome access : Difficult access: steeply sloped terrain, cramped spots in a row. Complicated maneuvering. Better in low season (less crowded).
