Recently developed, well-maintained motorhome area adjacent to Le Painfaut campsite. Spacious, hedge-delimited pitches separated into gravel (campers) and grass zones (motorhomes). Access to campsite facilities. Ideal location near Oust canal, Île aux Pies, and Nantes-Brest cycling route. Competitive pricing (€12.40), electricity and waste disposal included. Welcoming owners. Limited shade at present but evolving.

Motorhome access : Easy access, flat ground with large stabilized and grassy spots. Left gate to squeeze through (requires caution).
