Strengths: complete services, included grey/black water emptying, friendly staff. Major drawback: located directly on a very busy road, causing extremely noisy nights. Water and electricity services frequently unreliable (slow flow, repeated breakdowns). Water costs 0.75 € per 25 L (tokens only available during shop hours).
