All-inclusive services: water, electricity, grey water disposal. Access via automated barrier (online booking available). Recurring issues: limited waste disposal without card access, weak water pressure, poor road signage, occasional barrier malfunctions. Peaceful atmosphere, ideal for families and couples seeking nature. Good cycling trails nearby.
