Recently renovated sanitary facilities, aquatic centre (pool, tennis, padel), WiFi and standard utilities (showers, electricity, laundry). Limited shade due to young landscaping. Notable noise from overflying light aircraft and busy access road. High pricing relative to amenities. Located about 2 km from main facilities.
