Small 3-star municipal campsite nestled in a valley, 20 minutes' walk from Avallon via steep woodland path. Spacious, level pitches beside the river. Immaculate heated facilities, pool, small shop. Warm welcome from staff (Simon notably praised). Fresh bread to order. Extremely peaceful, ideal stopover or hiking base. Around €22 for campervan + electricity.

Nous avons passé une semaine au calme et sur un bel emplacement adapté à notre camping car de presque 8m. Toutes les installations sont impeccables. Le personnel est à l’image du patron : sympa et disponible. Avalon est une ville à visiter avec ses murailles et bâtisses du moyen âge.
