The Camper’s take
Updated June 2026
A 54-pitch nature campsite nestled in the Marais Poitevin wetlands, run by a charming young couple. Large, shaded grassy pitches with clear boundaries. Full services: electricity, water, grey water disposal, Wi-Fi, on-site crêperie with fresh bread and local shop. Pet-friendly (free, Qualidog-certified). Perfect base for cycling and boat trips (pontoon 200 m away). Exceptionally peaceful, spotlessly clean facilities, easy walking access to everything.

- Kind and accommodating owners with a warm and authentic welcome
- Spacious, clearly defined pitches bordered by hedges, with trees and shade
- Spotless restrooms, guaranteed hot water, and an excellent crêperie
Good to know
- Toilets are a bit old-fashioned and could use modernizing (noted by some visitors)
- Isolated insect invasion reported (not widespread)
- Showers are small (limited dimensions mentioned in a review)
- Separating hedges sometimes too short for full privacy
Motorhome access : Easy access. Flat, grassy terrain with spacious, clearly marked spots. Driveways are passable. Owners can adapt parking (driveway parking in bad weather).
