The Camper’s take
Updated June 2026
Small farm campsite directly on the beach with easy access to Porquerolles ferry (5 min walk). Heavily shaded under trees and bamboo. Authentic, rustic atmosphere with warm welcome. Basic but functional services: coin-operated showers (€1), scattered toilets. Challenging entrance on potholed dirt track with no turning room. Highly recommended for van dwellers seeking nature and island access. Significant mosquito presence. No reservations; sometimes minimum 2-night stay enforced.
