3-star mountain campsite in a classified alpine valley (Jarjatte) between Vercors and Dévoluy, at 1000 m altitude. 70 large, grassy pitches with panoramic mountain views. Heated indoor pool and friendly bar-restaurant with homemade dishes (excellent pizzas). Welcome varies (sometimes warm, sometimes distant). Clean, well-equipped facilities. Downsides: proximity to a busy road, high prices, roadside pitches less peaceful. Ideal for hikers and nature lovers.
