Small private motorhome area with 13 pitches on 2 levels, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy. Level, stabilized ground with welcoming owner Jean-Luc. All services included (16A electricity, water, grey/black water disposal) for €15. Attached restaurant-bar (closed Mon-Tue). Peaceful setting by a pond with Semnoz views. Cash or cheque payment only.

Motorhome access : Great access, stabilized and flat terrain. Two levels available: 6 spots on the lower level (restaurant parking), 5-7 spots on the upper level (gravelled ascent). Easy maneuvering. No caravans allowed, 10 m limit.
